HOP! Flight Cancellation Compensation
Some of HOP!’s flights are also cancelled, leaving passengers into even more trouble. Of course, the French airline isn’t always responsible - in some cases, called extraordinary circumstances, the decision is out of their control. But when HOP! is responsible, passengers are once again entitled to compensation.
In the event of the cancellation of one of their flight, the airline is required to let the passengers know at least 14 days prior to departure. If HOP! failed to do so and was responsible for the cancellation, you may be entitled to compensation under EC261.
