It goes without saying that airlines do everything they can to get you to your destination on time. Unfortunately, it’s not so uncommon that Air New Zealand’ flights arrive later than the scheduled time. Thankfully, the EU Regulation 261/2004 protects air passenger rights in these situations.
At ClaimCompass, we help you get the compensation you are entitled to for your flight delay with Air New Zealand. We take care of everything so you can just sit back and relax. If you are indeed eligible, we will get your money for you. Simply fill out our Compensation Calculator with your flight details to know how much you’re entitled to!
You might be entitled to up to 600€ from the airline!

Some of Air New Zealand's flights are also cancelled, leaving passengers into even more trouble. The airline isn’t always responsible, of course - in some cases, the decision is out of their control. But when Air New Zealand is responsible, passengers are once again entitled to compensation.
In the event of the cancellation of one of their flight, the airline is required to let the passengers know at least 14 days prior to departure. If Air New Zealand failed to do so and was responsible for the cancellation, you may be entitled to compensation under EC261.
And remember: if the airline cancels your flight, they also have to offer you a choice between a rebooking on an alternate flight to your destination as soon as possible (provided that seats are available) or the refund of your ticket. That’s independent to your right to compensation.
